All our photos are taken by a professional photographer who will ensure that your home looks at it's best. We also provide floorplans and complete Virtual Tour technology so your viewers can walk round your home remotely before committing to a physical viewing.

We also know the importance of social media which is why we will feature your home on Facebook and Instagram to attract an even wider audience together with an insight into current market conditions, providing valuable information to both buyers and sellers alike.

It is all very well people seeing your home but there is little benefit in this if we fail to respond to an enquiry or phone call. Mockford & Hunt are available to pick up emails and calls 6 days a week, 8am to 8pm Monday through to Friday and 9am to 5pm on a Saturday making sure that those enquiries turn into viewings.

Communication. Feedback and guidance is essential.

What are people saying about your home? What do they like? What do they not like? Is there anything we can do to make a difference?

These are all important and valid questions and ones that you need to know the answers to if we are going to be successful in selling your home. Contacting you with feedback from enquiries and viewings is crucial in enabling us to continue moving forward as your agent. When a viewing takes place, we fully understand how keen you are to know what people think about your home and we strive to achieve constructive feedback for you within 24 hours.

We also offer all our clients access to a personal account which you can log into to view all the activity and comments on your home as well as your very own seller WhatsApp group allowing you direct access to our team whenever it suits you.

In addition, we will continue to keep you updated once a buyer has been found. Our experience and relationship with conveyancing and solicitors means that we can keep the transaction moving forward and, if necessary, influence the process to ensure that you reach the finishing post with as little stress as possible.

Personal Service

Covering Ashford and the surrounding villages, we have vast experience in selling homes from houses to bungalows and flats to luxurious apartments. Matching the right buyers to the right properties to ensure key requirements are met such as having a garage, parking or a garden is part of what we do to ensure that the right buyers are viewing homes best suited to them.

We will also take enough information from our prospective buyers to ascertain their financial status and eligibility to purchase, resulting in quality viewers looking at our homes.
